Injured in a two wheeler accident on 20.05.2010. Fracture right femur. Complete paralysis of the right upper limb.
Operated at five months on 20.10.2010
Nerve transfers from spinal accessory to suprascapular, intercostals to the pectoral and musculocutaneous nerves and nerve grafting from the ruptured C5 stump (C678T1 roots found avulsed from the spinal cord) to the median nerve.
Videos on 13.12.13 (38.5 months) show good shoulder abduction, external rotation and elbow flexion and return of finger flexion.
