Male - 37 years.
Rt C56 palsy following an accident in April 2010.
Operated on 01.08.2010 at four months.
C56 roots found avulsed from the spinal cord.
Nerve transfers done: spinal accessory to suprascapular nerve, Ulnar nerve to nerve to biceps and median nerve to nerve to brachialis, long head branch of radial nerve to deltoid branch of axillary nerve.

Videos at 14.5 months from the operation show full return of abduction and external rotation at the shoulder and full elbow flexion independent of finger flexion.
